1.Copy Toyota 4D Transponder chip

Test results: Same chip Mini ND900 identified as 4D-68, Handy baby read 4D-67
Which is correct? 67,68 is a format. All 67,68 chip starts with 92 in P1 line are deputy keys. So they both reads 4D chip.

2. Copy 46 Transponder chip

Test results: Both ND900 mini and Handy baby will copy 46 chip.
PS: ND900 mini will display all chip data on screen, but Handy baby you need to press “》” button to see full chip data.

3. Toyota Smart Card Test Transponder  (toyota G)

Test results：
ND900 mini reads and identifies Toyota smart card well. But JMD handy baby will only read chip data.

4. Copy VW 42 chip
Test results:
Mini ND900 will identify and copy VW 42 chip, JMD can identify but not copy 42 chip.

5. Copy 4C chip
Test results:
Both ND900 mini and JMD can identify, copy and generate 4C. (4C do not need to copy OEM 4C data, directly turn ignition on, i.e old Toyota Corolla EX all key lost,without dissemble any components)

6. Copy 4D-64 (Chrysler,Dodge,Jeep) chip
 Test results: Mini ND900 can identify and copy 4D64 chip, JMD will identify but not copy.

7. Copy Ford Focus 60 blank chip

Test results:
Mini ND900 identified as 70, JMD identifies as 60+. But it is the same,both can read and copy.

A: Our kess v2 only have read and write function, does not have other special function. It cannot increase the power. if you want to do special function such as change the data, promote the motivation, you need to buy this software from other place. or send it to professional engineer to modify.


Q: This kess v2 is master or slave?
A: Our kess v2 is master version.


Q: KESS V2 has the function of ECM Titanium?
A: Kess v2 can be used together with ECM Titanium. Not kess v2 has this function.


Q: Fgtech galletto V54 and kess v2, Ktag ecu programmer which one is better?
A: Both of them can work on a lot of ECU type. The way they work on the car are different. Fgtech v53 can work on trucks, while kess v2 have two kinds kess v2 car or kess v2 truck . FGtech v53 has BDM function, kess v2 does not. Kess v2 has mediation module, and is better to work on new encryption car.


Q: If i update the kess v2, what will happen?
A: Do not update it when you use. If you update it, then the main unit will be broken. You need to change the new chip. 18 USD/SET, not including the shipping cost. If you can change it by yourself, we will send the new chip to you, if you do not know how to change it by yourself, please send the main unit back to us, we will change it for you and send it back to you.

A: Do not use anti-virus software. You can use the two way to solve:

1)There is the TF card for kess v2, copy the software for TF card to other place, then format the TF card. Then recopy the software to your TF card. Then you can use kess v2 normally. Where to find the TF card? See the main board, the side with the biggest chip. The biggest chip is the token chip. You will find the TF card at the left bottom of the board.

2)Use the fix tool to fix it first. They way same as the tokens programming.

A: For different cars in different place, its oil quality will be different. the corresponding map is different. Unless you use the ECU programmer to read the MAP out, then send it to professional engine changing company to customized. Otherwise, some MAP file bought directly still cannot use.

4. QA:  Connected laptop with win XP, 2011B and worked perfectly! Tried to reactivate 2014A on win 7 laptop using the patch from edmtech running as administrator and it said the MAC address change was successful but it goes back to what it was when I close it and ET says it's not licensed. Any ideas?

Answer:you must change the mac address for pci express because with other mac address not work.
